Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping of $14 CA anywhere in Canada or the United States! So no matter how large or small your order is, you will only pay $14. All orders are shipped from Vancouver Island, British Columbia via Canada Post expedited delivery.

We will do our best to ship your order the same business day it is received. If that is not possible, it will be shipped the next business day.

Returns

Excellent customer service is our number one priority!

We are sure you will be 100% satisfied with your WoodUbend and Posh Chalk products, but if for some reason your parcel arrives damaged or you have a problem with the product, we'll talk! We have been shipping painting supplies for over 8 years and our track record is wonderful.

Unfortunately, if you are not pleased with your paint's colour, we cannot refund your money if the paint bottle has been opened.

We will accept returns on WoodUbend products and unopened paint within 30 days from the time of your purchase. You are responsible for the cost of mailing it back to us and once we have received the item(s), we will give you a full refund for the item(s) returned.
